I have 45 dives at the mine and know the rules pretty well.
In my words...
stay with the group... for good reason.
no big ass lights, little ones-OK
no cameras on first dive, first dive is not good for photos anyway
you wont need a knife
as for what you want to wear, they they dont give a rats ass, as i said they will rent you anything you need
but shame on you if I got to cut one off my dives short to hall your frozen ass back
