Hi
I read that Bonex has gone belly-up.
Any details?!
Thanks

Interesting.... I sensed that something was off, at least with the US supply chain. I called a few dealers asking for a spare/service kit and was told that none were available for various supply related reasons.

This is bonex. These rumers are not true. We are doing very well. If you need any parts or new scooters please contact our distributor in the US. For any direct questions please send an email to info@bonex.systeme.de
Why don't you answer your email and messages (contact forms) on your website? I have sent you many emails and messages but you never answered any of them at all. If you aren't out of business, you have terrible customer service.

I try to also send email today that address and all coming back " unknown address" I need also spares for Bonex

several people talking to me about not getting an answer for over half a year and nothing happens even though they have their scooters at bonex for maintenance

Can't speak for Europe. Bonex seems to be on the way out of the market in the US. I know only one person who has a Bonex. I was interested in buying one and could not get a straight answer from dealers. Seems Seacraft, Suex, Genesis are better bets.

I haven’t done near the research that @stuartv has but I think those three brands are the dominant choices in the US.

@LandonL is a dealer for Genesis and Seacraft. He handed his Seacraft Future 1000 off to me for a dive and it was a gigantic leap in design, manufacturing and performance over my BlackTip. Me likey.

I intend to try a Genesis 3.2 in the next few months. I’m attracted to the utilitarian nature of Jon Nellis’ design and the user flexibility to change batteries.

I got to fiddle with some SUEXs at Extreme Exposure. Kyle (manager) informed me they had some USG contracts. Of course I had to verify the contracts while at work. Giddy up, all the right teams are using them. That EE provides service is pretty convenient since it’s just up the interstate for me.

Looking forward to continuing my casual research and pulling the trigger on some meaningful range in 2025.

Fun stuff!
