We did 10 days on Curacao and missed some things. But most of that was diving 3-4 dives/day so except for dinner we only had one day we spent looking around plus several afternoons/evenings.
There's ATV tours on Curacao - about 1/2 dozen operators. And a touristy Pink train (motorized) tour thru downtown. The synagogue there is the oldest in the western hemisphere and Hotel Kura Hulanda has a small museum also. Things to do on Curacao
There's the Ostrich Farm, the Sea Aquarium (think small Seaworld but more kid focused) and hiking at Christoffel Park mid-island. Rif Fort on the north side of the harbor is actually an old fort that they put a multi-story shopping center next to. On the street behind the colorful shops downtown there was a several block long flea market - it could've been a Saturday thing though. We didn't stop so IDK how kitschy it was. I think it might've been this but I don't speak dutch. https://nl-nl.facebook.com/CuracaoBazaarMarket
