I posted in another forum and thought I would add a trip report. Please ask if you want additional info on anything posted.
We dove with Wanna Dive this trip and Buddy Dive last trip (Sept 07). Bonaire is just abolutely awesome. I like the different experiences of not going with the same operators or resorts everytime.

Great Restaurants
Cactus Blue - Steak, Burgers Pizza
Papya moon - Tex Mex
Rib Factory - Ribs burgers
City Cafe - Breakfast on arrival, Burgers other good food
Donna and Giorgio's - Good Italian
KFC - 2 beers for $3
Papagayo - Sandwiches salads lunch stuff
Pasa Bon Pizza - Pizza and Salad
We stayed at the WannaDive Hut. They are in the midst of a remodel which should be done in a month or two. If you don't mind not being on the water it is a good place to stay. Very friendly staff clean rooms etc.
The WannaDive op is great! Plenty of tanks, no limit on the number you can take. They will bring air to the hut and Nitrox if you have your own Analyzer otherwise you need to go to Eden beach to get them.
My son took the Nitrox class with Rob they did the Padi class including tables etc... Good course great instructor (he could keep my teens attention which is no small feat).
