I know this is not a travel site but I have to say that I am going to Bonaire 2/14/06 to 2/22/06. I am looking forward to this trip and I just wanted to put this out to the Great Northwest Divers, if anyone is interested in taking a trip to Bonaire at that time, my dive shop just posted the vacation.

Here are the details:

Round trip airfare from Portland to Bonaire
8 Nights in a 3-2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo at Buddy's Dive Resort
Full American breakfast buffet daily
6 boat dives
Unlimited air for shore diving (includes tanks and weights)
one 4 door pick up truck per 4 people
Bonaire Marine Park Tag
Taxes and service fees (except departure tax)

all for $1827 pp/do

for further info, write back and I can send you more at that time.

Currently, I know of two of us that are going and I would love to have more if anyone is interested.

Wow, looks like a great trip! Which shop is sponsoring this one? Definitely wish we could join you, but with our Belize trip in December and heading back to Maui in April, I think our travel dollars are already stretched kinda thin.

It is Steve's Scuba out of Milwaukie, OR.

I have to say I would love to dive Belize also. I have a guy working for me who is from Belize. He loves it there but more money up here.

Here is a link to Steve's. http://www.involved.com/scuba/

Also, I have a scanned copy of the brochure but I don't know how to post it here on Scuba Board. So, if you would like a copy, please pm me with your e-mail address or maybe someone can advise as to how to get it up here.

Thanks for the link! Steve's is one shop I didn't know existed around here, so it'll be fun to check out a new place. Have a great trip to Bonaire...we'll have to compare notes when you get back. :)
