Meh, you don't need it. If you use this website: Scuba Shore Diving Site Listing for: Bonaire North, ABC Islands, you can find every site you'll need. I went there for the first time and did just fine without it. Plus, there's a free guide you can get everywhere (from the airport, from the hotels, from the restaurants, Hell, the goats that run out in front of your truck probably have a copy) that you can take with you (without worrying if it'll be stolen), that does just fine.

The only thing the book might really help with is exact entry locations. That can be accomplished with a little scouting and a few hints. At Karpata, go in along the north side of the cement slab. At Tole (Ole Blue) enter the water at the far south end of the site.
