Divers already finance it by going to the island. If it were not for diving, who would go to Bonaire? The crooks would have nothing to steal if it were not for divers. How about the Dutch Government paying for it? I think divers would pay a small fee, like the park fee, to have those cameras at shore diving sites as a means of protection? I know I would. If they wanted to end crime on that island, they could.:shakehead
