We are staying at Eden Beach and diving with Wannadive.
My 1st 4 Bonaire trips were with the group Parrot Island Divers out of Nashville, TN, back when Eden Beach Resort was under the old management. Since then I've visited their Spice Club restaurant once; it was okay, but I thought it was pricier than some other options. A few thoughts on your location.
1.) The house 'reef' is Eden's Rubble. Don't know it. The shallow rocky ledge has crevices, the rubble area sometimes has sea cucumbers and scorpionfish, and out aways there's a bowl-like depression with the wreck of the
Bakanal oh, maybe 80 feet? Not the
Hilma Hooker, but you can take a photo of the whole thing.
2.) Night dives here can be interesting. Lots of anemones stick out of the sand, and can pull back in real fast.
3.) At the extreme north end of the property, you can enter & head north. There's a tug boat down around 90 feet. I think the dive site will be Front Porch.
4.) Enter at the south end of the property and head south, and years ago, there was a wreck called the
Our Confidence. Old worn wooden wreck back then; I don't know what it looks like now.
5.) If boat's moored off shore are perpendicular to shore, current's probably mild. If the current's turned them parallel to shore, you might not want to dive there till that changes.
6.) At night, walk along shore with your dive light. Where the water washes over the flat rocky area, chain moray eels crawl along, hunting. An LED dive light that you can run out of water without overheating, and has a long battery life, is nice for this.
