I'm pleased that my write-up gave you some pointers for what to look for. I wish I had coordinated my schedule better with Daily Catch Fisherman's Market to get some sashimi and/or nigiri for lunches between dives. OUR FAMOUS KAPSALON
Chicken Döner on Fries with Melted Gouda Cheese, Toppings & Creamy Garlic Sauce.

Best food I have eaten on Bonaire. Gyro style chicken meat shaved from inverted cone.

Two locations on Bonaire. We liked The Fresh Market location better.
