Hi all,

i'm planning to spend my honeymoon in Bonaire (April). I've done tones of research on the diving and scoured lots of information on scubaboard. What i would like suggestions with is, are there any romantic spots or activities that i definitely should check out in Bonaire?.

thanks

In someone could take some photos of you, the stair case at 1,000 Steps can be a nice, scenic place for it.

Richard.

My wife and I honeymooned on Bonaire after getting married in Curacao. It was our first trip to Bonaire. We stayed at Buddy Dive, and as pampering ourselves at resorts isn't usually our thing we felt it was a romantic change of pace. Goofy tropical drinks at sunset overlooking the water is always romantic, anywhere. Some friends we know (whom we later ended up making trips with to Bonaire) got engaged in one of the lighthouses, so I suppose it was a romantic spot to them.

Do you really live in Trinidad and Tobago? For those of us in colder climates, just being somewhere with warm ocean breezes is romantic.

Do I really need to elaborate??? :eyebrow:

hahaha, i meant out of the ordinary ;)

yes i will definitely be doing diving (unlimited shore @ minimum), so just looking for other romantic spots... thanks for the recommendations thus far.

yes i do live there, we are simple so yes intimate beaches etc are nice (not sure if bonaire beaches are as nice as Tobago's)
