they now say it was an assassination, the dead congressman (from Basilan) was the alleged target.

yup politically motivated hit according to police investigators. he's the congressman for basilan. that says a lot.

He was a former rebel himself... Personal hit, I suspect... Sadly 2 other lives were taken and many injured in collateral damage.

Marv, he had three. 1 is the present governor of Basilan and the two others are the mayors of Isabela and Lamitan. He's a *********** machine.
