You probably won't go far wrong with Tim Bennetto on Spartacat www.spartacat.co.uk He has a good reputation. Look at June edition of BSAC DIVE magazine.

I have no personal experience of his boat as I belong to a local BSAC club (Sussex Diving Club) in Brighton and we tend to use our own RIBs
