Yeah, first row at kewalo. It took them months to get rid of the mess and now the slip is still empty. I guess like before the family can't make up their minds what they want to do with it.

That is one expensive slip to have vacant. When I wanted a commercial slip at Waianae, I had to wait 18 months for it.
I almost went on the liveaboard list at the Ala Wai, but that was 6 or seven years long depending on your hull length.
Then when I had no interest in living there, I was offered a slip out of the blue. Strange how that stuff works.

...I know that they have been offered 100T+ for it and still they said no...go figure.
