Well, after all the fun of last weekend, I'm going out again this weekend for an easy dive at Blue Springs to have a nice dive before I head back to Gilboa.

Anyone going or want to go?

I might be able to be talked in to that. Actually, its my fiance that will have to be talked into it. My new wetsuit will be here on Friday and providing it fits I may just have to go try it out. Does Blue Springs have air fills? Any idea what the conditions are?

To the best of my knowledge, no, Blue Springs does not pump air....or any other kind of breathable gas for that matter

Oh well, for the cost of renting the tanks it doesn't make much of a difference. $7 for a tank with fill or $6 for a fill. I was just hoping that I could get out of dragging a bunch of tanks with me.

When I was there last year for my OW cert dives they had a compressor in the barn, but I don't know what the current status is. I know the owner(?) couldn't operate it and my instructor did our fills.

from an e-mail I got from Blue Springs that they are doing air fills this year.

Where are the Indiana people to settle this dispute....probably diving in blue Springs...

and they say they have air fills. The cost is $5. Have not been there this year so I can't stake my life on it:wink:

I've gotta work saturday and chance of making it Sunday?

Have to check with the buddy to see if he's into it. May end up going both days, I'll have to see.

Anyone else thinking of going?
