Do any midwest divers know what they are doing with the large boat in the 50 foot end?
looks like there was an attempt to move it recently because of the drums ropes and cages on the bottom. Thank you.

Hello,

I'm part of the group that works at Blue Springs over the winter. There are a group of us from one of the shops that has agreed to help Rick by sinking new things to look at, general maintenance of the quarry, and moving some of the stuff that was sunk and rearranging it. We do most of our major work in the winter time since it allows us to leave the majority of our gear at the quarry, and we do not need to worry so much about open water divers and students interfering. All of our gear is cleaned up and taken away by the beginning of diving season and during the summer we mostly do dock and in-water maintenance, so you don't normally see much of our stuff lying around or on the bottom. The boat is currently being worked on to be moved, however one of our straps broke and we are working on a new one before we continue. If you have any questions, or are interested in helping, please let us know, we'd love to meet you.
