Blue Lagoon??

Blurb from my trip report that I wrote about some dives that I did a few weeks ago.
Our launch point was right beside the blue lagoon and we spent part of our surface interval swimming in the waters there....

BTW Jason as I mentioned in the trip report it is pretty beautiful over there, stunning blah blah.
But the villas right by the lagoon are pretty pricey, hundreds of US$ per night.
However they're lots of others places to stay nearby in Port Antoino and San San that don't cost anywhere near as much.

Jamdiver, maybe I'm missing something but the movie blue lagoon was filmed on Turtle Island in Fiji. Aren't your pics pertaining to Jamaica??? Anyways, nice pics I really liked your Christmas tree worms.

Anyways, does anyone know where the movie was filmed??..........
The topside was awesome with tons of great reef shots. ........
I've been looking for a new place to go and I would definitely go to where this movie was filmed. The movie was made in 1980 (25 years ago) I just hope a lot hasn't changed since that time. Props to anyone that knows!!!!

Well i've never been a guest in anyone of these villas, but from what I hear it's pretty swanky, personal chef, masseuse, ocean view, blah blah.

If I had the cash though and were looking to spend a relaxed, romantic weekend locally i'd probably go there.
If you do a google search for "Blue lagoon villas" I think you'll find a link to the owners of the villas.
