It seems that the City of Santa Rosa, New Mexico is planning on rejuvenating the Blue Hole dive site. A friend coming back from LA picked up a copy of the paper that outlined the three phases of planned development. They want to first restore the spring to its full beauty and stabilize the site. Next is a development program that will provide changing rooms, a café, new dive store and a conference center. The final stages are to include a full blown indoor/outdoor pool, connecting to the spring. Also there is talk of having a chamber installed onsite.
