I note that the "K" and "L" are next to each other on the keyboard. . . :D

That is deep but weighing in, I prefer your pictures to links.
Hope to be a role model........

Awesome to watch, this tiny hunter would semi invert and flare his top fin as he struck the bottom repeatedly for prey.
Great behavior and another comp for all the stings............
John

Whoa!!

Should have seen this bad boy launch out and attack a piece of bait I found sweeping out with all the jellies,
Kelly grabbed my leg after feeding him barehanded (yes, a why men die first thing....) and I almost swallowed my reg!
:D

I read in the news today that "Lagoon Keepers" had raised the Doc Holiday. The article said they expected to pull 17 more boats out of the "lagoon."

I can only hope that those 17 other boats are nowhere near BHB. The Doc was kind of in the way, with the whole mast going up to the surface thing, but the other wrecks are not a navigational hazard for any boat that should be in the area, and have been there for much longer. That said, does anyone know what wrecks these people are planning to remove?

Hmmm. Then I'll stop here and see if I can get some feedback over what might be preferred by thread followers. I was operating on the assumption that I posted too many pics in the past. Figgered this way nobody had to look at them unless they *chose* to. What say ye?

As a longtime lurker and wannabe troll, I prefer to see a carefully selected group of photos posted directly on ScubaBoard, possibly with a link to a wider set hosted on an off-site location.

Lurking from work, it's best not to have too many (photo sharing) sites open.. I prefer the photos in the thread, and like WetLens said.. links to others if we want to see more.

Saw today they pulled out the Doc Holiday. News said they were going to remove more boats from the lagoon, but didn't specify where. Anyone know if Lagoon Keepers is going to remove any other boats from BHB?
Was that the boat on the north side of the east bridge?

If you KNOW about Troll Country--you already are one!!

Scuba Jenny, It was the sailboat sunk off the launch ramps north of the east bridge. The story is on Ch 12's website. Wx guy James Weiland was the reporter.

Thanks..

hmmm.. maybe not quite..
Been thinking.. not just anybody can be a troll. I think there are levels of trollhood. Somebody that only dives once might be a pre-troll. Somebody that has 100+ dives at the bridge, knows certain areas that aren't common knowledge, can identify certain fish or invertebrates, has been yelled at by the life guard.. etc. is say, level 5 troll..
Working on a list. I think it goes like this:
Make the list (input is much appreciated)
Dive Once at the bridge
10 dives, 25 dives, 100 dives...
Knows of the Secret Garden
Been in the channel
Yelled at by the life guard
Been in the water before 6AM
Knows/dived with a Buoyancy Babe :D
Seen certain fishes (list to be determined)
etc.

You check off the list to acquire points
1 point = Pre Troll
5 points = Level 1... all the way to the top 5% of points = Level 5...

Thanks..
