They story does not give much to go on. Was out there on Sat. morning. Felt very much like being back in the quarrys in VA.
 
Hopefully, a good result. Problems in 6-8ft of water? Another sport might be advised...
 
In addition to being the starting point for Blue Heron Bridge divers, Phil Foster Park is primarily a boat ramp. It is possible the diver was offshore and was returning to ramp.

That has happened before with a shark attack victim who first was thought to have been diving at BHB. Good point...
