Blog (article) editing and formatting

I made a blog entry a while ago, and was really disappointed with how it looks. Can articles really only be formatted by placing code manually??!!

It's no wonder that the feature isn't more popular...if it demands such labor intensive work.

The articles are posted in vbDrupal, and understanding HTML makes them a whole lot easier to work with.

I navigated to it, using the Articles menu on the upper menu bar (since I didn't see anything labeled Blog).

After I post this I'll see if that link takes me back to the same article.

Well the link in my post works, but notice how the apostrophe in the title gets butchered.

Probably not as long as you would think. What was the original format? You can probably take that format, click <ctrl>+a, <ctrl>+c and then <ctrl>+v into any webdesign software (Dreamweaver, etc) and then copy the resultant code using the same methods.

Ah, ok... edit if offline? I'll see which programmes I have that'll do that.

Is there any chance of putting the same functionality into the articles section that we have with writing posts? Or is it a different vehicle completely?
