You are worried about PP mixing but running 50% through your compressor?

I'm not , I've just wrote I'm able to make it using my mixer - I was more like info about Ixygen flow possibilities and mixer. Intro the compresor I use to put max 40%.

I will test all software above and let you know.

can you use a spread sheet. i have them. and i think i can find them.

I think that the back of the PADI DSAT blending book has it. Since I just got mine last week and I don't have it handy i can't confirm. I am in the same boat as you are so keep me posted, please.

Just use GMP Gas Management Program from GUE

GUE Software | Global Underwater Explorers

It is available for MAC and Windows and will allow you to input what your top off gas is, you can also change between any type of mixing from PP to Cont Blend. It is by far the best and easiest I have used and I've tried most of the others.

You have to pay USD$15 for it, but you get what you pay for these days.

The DSAT book only does air and EAN36. But if I see this correctly there is a formula so you can figure it yourself.
