As a former Luxfer dealer, I can inform you that unless a distributor orders an entire pallet of black 30's, Luxfer won't make them.

Not any more, they stopped making these in the late 70s or early 80s, it was sold inside a fiberglass shell by US Divers. I stripped it down to just the tanks and manifold then added a harness I made so it could be used as a low profile bailout bottle for pipe penetration dives.
I've got a couple black 30's I would consider selling. Pm me if interested.
