Just stumbled on this thread. Bikini was fantastic. Was there in 2001 and back again four years later. The sad thing as has been previously noted, the wrecks are starting to collapse. I hope the land based opens up again but Air Marshall was just too undependable for the operation to continue. As to the liveaboard going there that is one way to dive it.
 
Isabelle, I believe Andrew Ainslie (former dean at Anderson and now dean at Rochester) dove it a couple of years ago. I'm sure he would be willing to talk with you.
