I'm happy for you.oceancrest67:I DID find the use of my canister light very rewarding while diving the wrecks at Bikini.
My primary was clipped off. My backup was tucked in a pocket. If your point was 'is the wattage sufficient', then I didn't want for more power.oceancrest67:I take it...you found holding your back up light adequate on most dives at Bikini?
Spring 04oceancrest67:When did you travel and dive at Bikini?
Bikini's rules are some of the most restrictive around. Just look at the number of computers that they don't allow. If your comments were related to NJ, NC, Caribbean, or other more easily accessible locations, I won't have said a word about any of this. But Bikini is special. Simply because it is so restrictive and because it is so remote.oceancrest67:Quite frankly...people are intelligent enough to give and take what they want from a forum site. It was never my intention to be the master of all facts.
oceancrest67:Correction: I was there before you in August of 06. The Saratoga bridge and related structure was completely accessible at the time.
mrpat:Sorry mate. I figured out my mistake after I'd hit the post button.
It sure is a hell of a wonderful location. We should all feel blessed that we've had the opportunity to see such a time capsule.

Actually people are idiots. Like the group that went to Bikini and didn't want to go into deco.
