You are so right Sam and I am not sure how that slipped past me at the time and to be honest you are the first person to actually say something about it. A revision could be in its future but I have no time frame for that.

As you possibly realize I was the very first "Expert Witness " when a diver was struck by a power boat at long point Catalina Island on September 22 , 1962, (No you probably don't that was 55 years ago!) I have always had an interest the dive flag. and I have been involved innumerous litigations regarding the red and white flag

Mrs Miller and I have and are travelers-- we have seen dive flags of all sorts and colors and sizes proportions over the years since the size proportion and color of a dive flag was established in the very late 1950s.

You are a Californian doing business where it all began not too many years ago...You and your logo should reflect a certain amount of respect and knowledge of the flag that represents our sport -- The only sport that has its own flag.

With utmost respect, it's their logo, not a dive flag. It's called artistic license and they're free to do what they want with that. Also, AFAIK, it's the only "sport" with two flags!
