Big Hill Lake near Parsons, KS?

Has anyone ever tried to dive it? I read a fishing article that it is the clearest lake in Kansas. Although 2 inch viz would probably qualify for the title, I wondered if anyone tried.

Yikes. Looks quite turbid from Google Maps. Are you sure it's worthwhile with Oronogo being so close?

I have no clue and with gas prices, it's too far for me to gamble on. That's why I threw it out to the forum. Convention wisdom tells me if it was divable someone would have posted something somewhere. It isn't like there are a ton on options in Kansas.

Oronogo will not be opening. EPA is going to fill it in.
