Still a ways out there, but I know some plan trips here from out of the area so here goes...
It technically has not been scheduled as it will not be let until fall 2023, and should start soon after (fall 2023-winter 2024). These things usually start as planned pending unusual circumstances. The finish date, meh, who knows.
It will not be closed, however a good chunk of it will be closed off. That's beach located under the bridge directly.
It can be a zoo most days, so factor that in lol.
