Are you sure about the buoyancy properties? Those numbers are about what a Heiser 120 cf tank comes in at.

Those are pretty close. This is a Heisner Tank. I dive with 22 lbs with an XS hp 100 cf tank. I only need 3 lbs of weight at the end of my dive with the Beuchat tank. I have checked all the charts online and this tank is not on the charts. I have seen other Heisner tanks that are not on the chart.
