Hi,
I have restricted because I am already using older version of VX 10 and I'd like to stick to the vendor because of service. At the moment I am upgrading from single 1st stage + 2nd into double 1st stage + 2nd stage on each. Replacing everything will be much more costly. And why VX10 and VX200? Its because of cold water.

So from what I read you have a VX10, and you are looking at doubles? Seems another VX10 would be the way. If the VX200 is better in cold, you will still be limited by your current VX10, or you need to buy two VX200s and then why stick to this brand?

I would expect other brands will be well supported in your area, so you could still have two brands. In other parts of the world I expect other brands will be better supported.
