We've had a lot of rain and wind for the past two weeks. Despite this, I've read two reports of good dive conditions. We haven't been out for a while, so after sleeping late we tried our luck at Golf Ball Reef. It was difficult to hold the boat on my numbers with the wind and current. Visibility was fifteen feet when I finally got to the bottom. During the dive, the wind and current shifted, increasing visibility to twenty-five feet.
I didn't find many subjects to photograph. The water was cooled to 59° but life has not returned to the reef yet.
