May I suggest a great esthetician and some liberal application of wax? Your partner may thank you.

I've started using this spray when removing,
It's fantastic! Little spray, little tug, little spray, little tug, it instantly dissolves the glue and so far nothing important has fallen or been pulled off. Highly recommend!

I am surprised that no one mentioned sandpaper, an angle grinder, pinking shears, razor knife, boiling water, 90 weight gear oil, or just hanging it out in the sun until the cath breaks down from UV exposure. Hook a tire pump to the outlet and inflate it until it comes off. Screwdriver, channel locks, Dremel tool, may work but might leave a mark.

You really want to spray WD-40 on it? Acetone? Some of you guys are weird.
