try using a boat bumper
 
I use a basketball. remove the old neck seal and lay your suits neck hole over the basketball. works for any size of neck and any style, mfgr.etc. I also replace my own dry zippers too. IT'S NOT AS HARD AS PEOPLE MAKE IT OUT TO BE. KEN
