My vote is the E8-119. More bang for the buck. The cylinder holds 119 cf in a package the size of an aluminum 80. The bouancy characteristics are very good for drysuit diving. My buddies and I use them on New England dives in the 100-130 range often. We enjoy them so much we drive to Florida instead of fly so we can use them instead of renting.
 
Get tanks that you can handle. I'm 6foot 1, and I use an E-7 120 with a al30 pony bottle. If you're short I wouldn't recommend a tank that big, something smaller like a steel 95.
