I am planning on travelling to Costa Rica. I just wonder what is the best site to see Mantas. I think we don't have enought time to do 10-day trip to Cocos, but are there other good sites? What is the best time for travelling to Costa Rica in order to have an encounter with manta rays?

Hopefully some experienced Costa Rican travellers can give some advice.
