Will a 5a lens be able to do decent macro with the help of wet lenses?
Sorry. I see you responded to that question awhile back. I had multiple posts going - confusion.

I have the original RX100 which has pretty much the same lens as the 5A. And when you screw on 2 x diopters (a +7 AND a +10) you can get pretty close. BUT your depth of field is absolutely paper thin! And you only have 2-3 inches of working space. BUT here is a tiny nudi I spotted in Bali that is actually smaller than a Shaun the sheep nudi which is basically a grain of rice!

So yes it is possible, but with diopters (plural) and a wee bit of cropping in post :wink:.
