My wife and I are making the same trip in March, only in reverse. The first week at CCV and the second at Utila Lodge. Liz at Roatan Charter took care of all the details. Were taking one of the low altitude flights on Sat. from Roatan to Utila (10min. flight) and that way we can still dive all day Fri. The return flight the following Sat. gets back to Roatan in plenty of time to make the flight to Houston.
