My wife golfs but doesn't dive. It's not easy to find a place where we can golf together every day and I can dive every day. Travel times have to be very short to fit it all in.
St. Croix is great. The Buccaneer (http://www.thebuccaneer.com/) has an excellent course on-site and is a cheap and convenient 10-minute cab ride to the dive dock. Diving with St. Croix Ultimate Bluewater Adventures (http://www.stcroixscuba.com) is outstanding. The Buccaneer is lovely, with fine beaches, watersports, etc. Our room was a 5-iron from the first tee.
Another good bet is the Four Seasons resort on Nevis. Golf on site. Dive boat does on-site pickup and dropoff. The resort is pricey, but the golf package includes the use of a set of Taylor Made clubs better than anything I own, so I just shlepped my dive gear.

Pompano Beach, FL. Jupiter, FL. Tiger dives Jupiter.

No better diving than Cayman, and I'm pretty sure the Britania course is open (at the Hyatt). I do believ the other course has never reopend since the hurricane a couple of years ago......mostly due to lack of demand.
