Just curious what would be the best month to go diving in Philippines. I was there last Oct. - Dec 2006 and with all the typhoons that passed that month I ended up cancelling most of my dive plans.

The "best" would be March to July in my opinion. Mostly warm weather.

The best time of year for diving is normally March to June. Plan on spending most of your time in the water during that timeframe.
