Sandwich town beach (STB), Brant Rock Beach in Brant Rock (very shallow).

You are more likely to get guys to give you their girlfriends phone numbers than their secret lobster spots. Besides, there are no lobster on the South Shore. They are only in Rockport. Go to Rockport. Don't even think about lobsters south of Hull. There aren't any. Keep out. You've been warned.

That reminds me, Thanks for the phone numbers guys. Oh yeah and thanks for not telling my wife. Paul is correct Rockport is excellent for lobster and if you happen to be from Maine or Canada it is also considered the South Shore its just a matter of perception. Of course on the South Shore of MA the best luck I have had personally is at a little cove outside Hull. Go to Stop & Shop go 50' out and right next to the deli is a sweet little spot. I have taken 50x more lobster here than any other spot, bring your wallet.
By the way Paul is a bit stingy with those smiley faces:

BOb, i went to Rockport yesterday, we found 2 keepers, 12 crabs and 4 flounders, we spot tons of short lobsters there.
