I've got 18X2 that came as spares with the torches

The groove is 21

I'm on the same quest. Did the 20 x 2 o-rings work? Thanks.
Honestly, I haven't even tried them yet. My gear is in Mexico and I have been home (in the States) since the holidays DOH! heading back next week though :-)

In this case see what happens when the oring isn't stretched into the groove

when it's the same size as the groove

Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha well don't you have absolutely no F clue

With an oring the same size as the groove it will get pulled out, become displaced as you twist the torch head on

With an Oring the same size as the groove it will get pulled out, become displaced as you twist the torch head on

1.If the O ring is the same size as the groove IT WILL NEVER EVER SEAL !!!

2.in that case it COULD NEVER BE PULLED OUT ( simple because O ring in that case is never in contact with other housing ... is that not clear? LOL)

3. it could be PULLED OUT can be in case:

- that thickness of O-ring itself is smaller than groove & same time ID of ring is bigger than ID of groove.
- tired material-rubber ( wrong material choose ) I use EPDM

are you member of MAGA ;-))))
