Please don't start giving advice you're not qualified to give, Atomic!

For the record, IANTD's course standards have changed and no longer limits deco gasses to 5 percent. it's been that way for a few years now. But someone who's never taken any tech or cave courses wouldn't know that...

I will caution that I have heard some locations in Florida will not accept NAUI cave certs. I don't know why and I don't know who (although I have my suspicions).

Not to Air out someones dirty laundry, but does anyone know which locations these are? PM me the names if you have em. I just get a kick out of buisinesses that know it all and base their opinions of agencies one one or two divers(which is probably the case here.

Dive-aholic: While i agree that people shouldnt give advise on things they arent qualified for, take it easy bro.....its just a forum, and we are all on the same side. :)

Tom, do a search of Atomic Diver's past posts and maybe you'll understand where I'm coming from a little better.

well he's a 16 yo kid with too much of someone elses money, but he'll grow out of it. Supposedly he is going to Halls Institute down in Marathon in March. That'll be a rude awakening if nothing else....They are like a freaking Marine boot camp. Maybe his experiance there will teach him more about diving. Dont give up on him yet........he's got a lot of time to grow/learn.
