So im trying to cut time needed to wash gear and what not. So far I dive with just a tank harness and hard weights so I don't need to rinse a bc or anything. No wetsuit coz its summer time. So all I was is my regs and boots and fins. I wanna start diving without boots tho...so whats the best pair of full foot fins that I can dive with? Also is there any disadvantage to not having boots?

Disadvantage to no boots- cutting the **** out of your feet walking to a dive site- especially in some rocky Cali coasts. Your feet will get cold at depth. This is also the wrong forum, but no worries.

I have a set of Aeris Velocity full foot fins that I use in warm water, teaching in the pool, and to snorkel, and they are ok. Oceanic Vortex is a split fin, and is a full foot fin, so consider it if you like the split fins. There are lots of other options, but these are the only ones I have experience with, and I rate them both "ok."

I wear tennis shoes or hiking boots and leave them at the shore in a plastic bag with a note: Please do not take. I am in the water. With my name and phone number.

Probably best to get a lightweight neoprene sock to wear with fins. Such as a 2mm

Make sure to get a fin with an angled blade if doing long surface swims. Straight blades suck.

Once you get the sock, go and try on footpockets for the most comfortable while wearing the sock. You may want to start with cheaper plastic blades then upgrade later to fiberglass blades.

I have no idea if you would prefer long blade fins or shorter full footpocket fins such as Atomic or Oceanic.

Mares Avanti Quattro Power. May be hard to find though. They are long bladed and really nice. All the DMs I see always ask if they can buy them.

I agree with TXreefer. My current personal favorites are the Mares Avanti Quattro Power. The down-side to these is that they are pricey, heavy, and big, so aren't really the best for traveling. However, in terms of in-water performance they totally rock; comfortable, very powerful, great around the reef, and good with all kicking styles.

Avanti Quattro Power - Full Foot - Mares - just add water

I also really like the old original version of the Atomic full-foot splits in the standard compound; great travel fin with excellent performance.
