I've used Coastal Marine Diving Supplies in Dania Beach for about a year now, since the shop I used for 5 years in MIA closed. I always have good luck with my fills (approximately 3200 on AL80s) there. And great people in the shop...
 
Advantage for Fill Express / Go Dive Florida is you only pay for the amount of gas you need, as opposed to a whole tank. You pay by the cubic foot. Once you see the fill operation there, you will realize why it is far better than anything around.
