4 plus of beautiful land with a lofted cabin in the heart of all the springs you can dive from here to georgia or to over hundreds of underground caves and springs.. a divers dream.. there is a well with great drinking water and a septic and a 45 ft rv on the land now with a temp electric pole.. the place is amazing and not only for diving.. i will consider all reasonable offers and perfer cash and a local title office or quick sale..
