I have a few days in Jeddah , to get in 2 days of diving and maybe a fishing trip, Am nitrox and AOW. Will bring my TG6 with case, BCD/fins/mask, I don't own a regulator or dive computer. Thanks in advance for any guidance

Over the weekend? Or week days?
Hi Etmutt,

Could you help on this post?

Hope of Spring does frequent day charters and LOBs. I know you’re not asking about LOBs but to pull these off in KSA requires a great level of commitment and momentum in the local area so you can regard it as a highwater mark business with insight into local opportunities.

Red Sea Resort is great and Western friendly. Get there when they open to ensure you get the number of bottles you want for the day. Their compressor is offsite so they shuttle empties back to be filled.

La Plage Resort is great diving but the crowd tends to not respect boundaries. For example, you and a dive buddy grab one of the permanent tables to stage your kit and have a coffee, review footage, etc after your dive. Four locals show up while you’re underwater and take over the table. They won’t necessarily move your stuff off the table but they’ll pile it together without concern and essentially make it impossible to continue using the table for anything.

RSR, La Plage and all the other dive/beach resorts are north of Jeddah by about 45 minutes.
