I have dove with Dive Makai, Jacks and Bottom Time. Of the three the bottom time is the newest and fastest boat and offers a large covered area out of the sun. The sandwiches, drinks and snacks are great. The boat is a catamaran style and typically has a crew of 3 for 4-7 divers with plenty of room. The boat is a very stable platform with clean burning diesel engines. They also seem to travel farther in terms of range than the other operators. I'll be going there and may and again in June and will report back on my dive. For the Manta dive I think the larger boat and additional divers in the water make Jacks a better operation for the Mantas. They love the light and Jacks puts a lot of light in the water between divers and the milk crate.
