Time to bring the compressor in for the winter from the back of the truck, Coltri MCH6 Honda 5.5 hp gas engine. I've seen a few electric motors in my searching and wonder what would be the easiest conversion kit I should be looking for. I see a lot of 5hp electric compressor motors that turn 3450 and need to gear it down to about 2600-2800rpm for the Coltri pump. What have you found to be the easiest way to convert these. I will probably put the gas motor in again next summer, or not if I like the electric enough.

Easiest is just to drop the Coltri motor in. It is sized right, has the right bolt pattern and runs the proper speed.
