Best cheap open-heel fin?

Dive Gear Express was clearancing out their Jet knockoffs WITH SPRING STRAPS for $39 not too long ago. Good fins. I was wrong..$35. Crap, I bought them when they were $59.

I have no idea. I've never tried " the Deep6 Eddy fin". It would have been too buoyant for my application.
