I agree Shark Point, Anemone Reef, Koh Bida Nok/Noi but I also like Turtle Rock on Phi Phi Lay
 
The Bida's (Bida nai, nok and hin bida) and Koh Haa are my favs in that area.
 
I stayed on Phi Phi back in 2001 (pre tsunami) when I dove there and had a fantastic time.
