Damn, that's a shame. 50 years young & dies of pneumonia? I liked his work.

wow...he was pretty sick a while back, he was diagnosed with Sarcoidosis. I guess that, then getting pneumonia was just too much. What a shame...RIP

I knew he had been sick but it's still a shock. I read a while back that he lived in Chicago's southern suburbs and despite his celebrity he was very friendly with his neighbors just one of the guys.

He will be missed by all his fans.

Could you imagine how cool it would be to have Bernie Mac as your neighbor? He'll be missed for sure.....
